Challenge
Olser was managing the firm’s Knowledge Management collection in a legacy database application (inMagic). The collection had grown to 30,000 documents and presented the following challenges:
- Poor search experience
- Limited metadata management capabilities
- No integration with the firm’s SharePoint portal platform
