Challenge

The firm's corporate website served as a marketing communications tool as well as platform to distribute information to class action members. The main challenges included:

• Confusing navigational systems
• Inability for internal staff to make updates in real time 
• Reliance on 3rd party technical resources to post daily updates
• Design did not reflect firm as a leader in its key practices

Solution

V51 Consulting was engaged to help Koskie transform its online strategy and address the firm's key challenges online. Workshops with stakeholders within the firm were conducted to define priorities and ensure features focused on high ranking objectives. A content management solution (Lexicon CMS) was implemented, allowing several content managers within the firm to take ownership of website updates.
